SYMPOSIUM TOPICS
The aim of the conference is to discuss trends, present latest results, and exchange ideas relevant to all chromatographic and related techniques as well as hyphenated methods used in phytochemical analysis, sample preparation and isolation of biologically active metabolites from medicinal plants, food crops and other natural sources.

Symposium Shuttle Service

The shuttle service will be provided from Warsaw Fryderyk Chopin Airport and Central Railway Station to Lublin on on Wednesday, May 16, 2012. The cost of the shuttlebus is 20 EUR payable by bank transfer. Departure hours are shown in the table below. Further information will be available on the dedicated page of the website by May 1, 2012.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations should be delivered to the Symposium Secretariat before April 20^th, 2012 – in this case 80% of the fee will be returned. After this date no refund can be made.

Badge Policy

All participants will be required to wear their badge at all times during the symposium. Those without badges will not be allowed to attend the sessions or social events. Separate badges will be provided for all registered accompanying persons and will be required for admission to the welcome party, banquet, coffee breaks and lunches.

Currency

Polish currency is Polish Zloty (PLN). You can exchange currency upon your arrival at the airport, or at banks in Lublin. Most banks are open during business hours, from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Most major credit cards are accepted at businesses, restaurants, and hotels, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.

Electricity

The electrical power supply in Poland is 230 volts at 50 Hz.

Insurance

Participants are accordingly advised to take out their own insurance in case of emergency/illness or loss of personal baggage.

Visa Requirements

Citizens of the following countries are not required to be in possession of a visa when entering Poland for less than 90 days:
